Overview: In this blog, I am going to show how you can add agents to wazuh. By this time, you should be ready with wazuh installed and ready. If you do not have wazuh installed and ready please go and check my blog for wazuh installation on linode cloud. [Click here to access the previous blog].

Wazuh Dashboard, This is how it should look.

 

 

Follow the Steps below;

STEP 1: Deploy the agent

  • Click on the down arrow, on left-side top corner and which is beside wazuh name.
  • And then followed by Agents.

 

  • Now click on deploy new agent.


 

 STEP 2: Select the Operating system in which you are installing wazuh.

  • I am going install in windows. So, select windows.
  • Server address: The domain which you are accessing wazuh.
     
  • Assign any agent name, In my case : Windows10_PC.
  • select one or more groups: default.


STEP 3 : Open Power shell as administrator in the windows machine, in which you want to install wazuh agent.


  • Copy the first command and execute it in powershell with Administrator access.

 
  •  Now execute the second command.

 

STEP 4:

Boom..! Agent Added successfully. Check in the wazuh dashboard.
